Comme des Garçons is one of the great conceptual Japanese brands that was created by Rei Kawakubo in 1969 it really planted itself in the Japanese fashion world and took Europe by storm in the early 80's with radically different designs, sober colors, interesting fabrics and with a strong focus on well made items that are made to last.

In 2002 the Comme des Garçons Play line was launched as a more casual and lighthearted set of simple items that everyone could enjoy, recognisable by the now iconic red heart.
